Some programs include a Conditional Job Guarantee, which is subject to eligibility criteria such as course completion, active participation, job application efforts, and engagement with coaching and interview preparation. This guarantee does not represent a promise of employment and depends on individual effort, market conditions, and role availability.

Participants are responsible for completing learning activities, attending required sessions, and actively applying for suitable roles aligned with their training and experience.
